Arena Stage Arena Stage is D.C.'s largest not-for-profit theater. Arena hosts both upscale productions and lower-key performances. For information on their current season, visit the Arena Stage web site. Negril Jamaican Bakery While Negril keeps a generally low profile, the bakery is known for its flavorful repertoire of Jamaican food, featuring beef and vegetable patties and meat loaves. The restaurant is open from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. Gangplank Marina The Gangplank Marina is a sight worth catching. Located on the edge of the Potomac River, the Marina offers a spectacular view of dazzling boats and a sparkling waterway. The Gangplank Marina is the docking site for a number of popular cruises, including sightseeing dinner cruises along the river. Information compiled by Elena Pinsky.
