Zahra Gordon is 16-year old JUNIOR at Blair who is overwhelmingly proud of being from the Caribbean twin-island nation of Trinidad & Tobago (and she never fails to mention that). She has been living in Maryland for four years. If you're ever trying to find Zahra on a weekend, your best bet is to head on down to Hyattsville, MD, where she can be found just about every Saturday (and some Friday nights too) practicing with fellow band members on the only instrument invented in the 20th century; the steel pan. The pan is also the national instrument of Trinidad & Tobago (no, it's not Jamaican though they do play pan in Jamaica and that is not a problem). Moving on though, Zahra enjoys listening to a variety of music, reading, writing poetry, making lasagna, going for walks, long bus rides, dancing and being creative in general. Zahra is anxious to be a member of Online this year and hopes to do immensely well.
