Pour the hot and steamy smashed potatoes into a bowl.
Wash the cauliflower.
Strain the water from the cut up cauliflower.
Remove green and black parts from the cauliflower.
Cut up the cauliflower and place into a covered bowl.
Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper to the cauliflower once it is in the food processor.
Microwave the cut up cauliflower.
Gather the materials for the recipe.
