Jialin is an aspiring gymnast who started her career at the young age of 3. She was rated Maryland's number one pole vaulter in 2004 and her floor routine was widely considered able to compete with Shawn Johnson. However, a horrific addiction to peanut butter led her to gain 134 pounds forcing her to drop out of contention for the last spot in the 2008 olympic team. Her heroic return to gymnastics has been chronicled by the New York Times and she is being heralded as "the big wide hope."
