College Night tonight
Blair will be holding its second annual College/Career Night on November 19 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in the SAC.
There will be speakers coming from Montgomery College, American University, Howard University, University of Maryland, and Gibbs College. Each representative will speak about the advantages of going to their type of school (private, community, historically black, public, and specialty).
College night is sponsored by the Blair PTSA and the counseling department. Blair guidance counselors will speak about what students need to prepare for college or a career, applying to college, what colleges are looking for, and how to use the Internet to search for college, career information.
