Back-to-school snacktacular
Even though our minds are now adjusted to our back-to-school schedules, our stomachs are not used to our new eating schedules. Most people don’t start to eat lunch at 10:45 a.m., but for some reason, by the time fifth period comes around, students are starving. The same hunger phenomenon goes for when we come home. Because we haven’t eaten for several hours, we come home and raid our kitchens. Unfortunately, that is not always the healthiest thing to do, so our SCO nutritional expert is here to offer some nutritious, and delicious, snacks that you can make in no time!
