On Friday, Montgomery County got its fifth snow cancellation and tacked on an extra day of school to the end of the year as a result. When Blazers wake up Monday morning, they may be able to roll over, hit the snooze alarm, and go back to sleep because it looks like more snow might be headed our way.

Here’s what the National Weather Service is predicting:

Sunday

» 80% chance of snow during the night

» Accumulation: 1 inch

» Low: 25°

Monday

» 90% chance of snow in the morning

» Accumulation: 1-3 inches

» High: 32°

SCOCE Rating: 3.9
What is SCOCE?

The Silver Chips Online Weather Team predicts: 50% chance of cancellation on Monday. Don't bet on this one because it could go either way. However, there's a pretty good chance of a two-hour delay.

Check the Silver Chips Online weather page for additional information, including a link to real-time weather conditions at Blair.

MCPS weather policies can be found on their emergency information page.
