Van Hollen is speaking courtesy of Student Democrats and Students for Global Responsibility on May 16 in the SAC at 2:30 He represents most of Montgomery County and parts of Prince George’s county (District 8). Van Hollen was elected in November, ousting the incumbent Republican, Connie Morella. He will be speaking about the situation in Iraq, local politics, and what it is like working in the House. “

I hink that it is an outrage that you would invite that criminal Chris Van Hollen to your school. A man that stands by his party and his ideals for gun control, the environment and education is no man I would want representing our district. See you in 2004.

    Love,

Don't post stuff in Connie Morella's name and mock her. Even though I supported and campaigned for Van Hollen, Morella did a lot of good for us, and a lot of people seem very ungrateful. Whoever wrote that has stooped pretty low.

WOAH!!! Ms. Morella is a little bitter there, isn't she. Well, she did give a good speech at graduation last year. However, Chris Van Hollen marched with myself and the rest of the marching band this past Christmas parade. Where were u the year before when u were in office, Connie? Hey, I dont know about gun control and the enviornment and all that good stuff. All I know is Mr. Van Hollen walked with me that cold day in November.

Wirku your idea is terrible we live in a democratic society where we hold elections. why on earth would we take your advice and do something as vile as have cockfights. would you actualy let your country be run by a killer cock. If a cock ran my country I'd probably kill myself. How dare you propose cockfighting in America.

Chris Van Hollen marched with us in the parade? Wow, I totally missed that, either that or didn't care. And don't you mean the Christmas/Thanksgiving/In Honor of Officer Moose parade?
