Blair holds CAP Alumni Night
Montgomery Blair’s Communication Arts Program (CAP) held its annual CAP Alumni night yesterday evening. CAP students who had graduated in the past returned to share information and advice on selecting colleges and the college experience.
Although the audience consisted solely of CAP students and parents, the night was open to any parents and students in the school. The purpose of the night was to help students begin and understand the college decision process.
Junior Leah Cowdrey said that the evening was very helpful to her in numerous ways."Going helped me a lot in terms of deciding what classes to take next year and it also helped me to know how diverse colleges and the area around them is," she said.
CAP director Dr. D’Angelo organized and supervised the evening, in which approximately 30 CAP alumni returned to share their various college experiences.
