Frozen blueberry smoothie
It's summertime and the heat is unbearable. Who knew a cool refreshment is within reach? These blueberry smoothies are sure to chill you out, and even better, it's a snap to make. So, if you find yourself at home with nothing to do and you simply can't stand the heat, try out this healthy, delicious snack.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes Servings per Recipe: 2
Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or to desired consistency then serve in glasses.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (unthawed)
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup 1% skim or 1% milk
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2-3 ice cubes (optional)
Or… be creative and use these ingredients instead:
