by Will Bucher, Online Staff Writer
Football season is almost over, and those days of Sunday fun are coming to a close. Though this recipe can be used for every occasion, the final celebration of the season can be topped off with a bowl of guacamole.

Makes 1 bowl, serves 6 to 8

Kitchenware:
- 1 bowl
- 1 knife with cutting board
- 1 mixing spoon

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe avocados
- One medium purple onion
- Salsa sauce, fresh or in jar
- Lawry's seasoning salt, or seasoning salt of your choice

Preparation:
1. Remove skin from avocados, take meat and mash it up in bowl.
2. Chop up onion and add to mashed avocados.
3. Add salsa to taste (3 tablespoons is usually good.
4. Add two dashes of seasoning salt.
5. Mix with spoon until it is of uniform texture.
6. Let sit in fridge for 2 hours (or more) before consuming.

The guacamole can be served with chips, or used to supplement other foods, such as burritos.

lime juice also works if you want to avoid the guacamole turning brown (rusting)
you can't taste the lime juice, but it keeps the guacamole looking fresh ie. not nasty
