Inclement weather and a bomb scare delayed the boys' lacrosse team's matchup against Kennedy High School. The game proved to be worth the wait as the Blazers cruised to a convincing 11-3 victory and improved its record to 2-0 on the season.

Riding high after a 17-0 routing of Wheaton High School, the Blazers were mentally prepared for its game, which had been pushed back four days. From the start, Blair took advantage of their less skilled opponent, managing to break open the score in the first half.

Winning 7-0 on goals from seniors Ben Woo, Andrew Ginsberg, Brian Matheron, juniors Lincoln Fischer and John Selby and sophomore Kyle Cohen, the Blazers were able to keep Kennedy scoreless until midway through the third quarter. Junior goalkeeper Ben Schwengels, a returning starter from last year, tallied six saves.
