The authors of the top ten essays will give a three to five minute speech based on their essays. The ten best compositions will be announced on Feb. 16, and the three best orators will be announced on Feb. 24.

The first place speaker will receive $200, the second place speaker will receive $100 and the third place speaker will receive $50.
