April is the time when most high school seniors must decide what to do after graduation. Whether they enroll in college, enlist in the military, enjoy a gap year or enter the workforce, it is likely a choice that will shape the rest of their lives. While some are still deliberating, many have made that choice already.
Below, check out the destinations of some seniors who have already decided them. Blazers are heading everywhere, from Pittsburgh to Patagonia and from Michigan to Montreal. The list isn't nearly finished, however - once they know where they're going, seniors can fill out this form to put themselves on the map.
