Fifty-one Blazers named National AP Scholars

by Varun Gulati, Page Editor
Fifty-one Blair students made up a little less than a third of the record 160 MCPS students designated as National Advanced Placement (AP) Scholars.

To be named a National AP Scholar, students had to score an average of four or higher on eight or more College Board AP exams, designed to test a student's proficiency in a college level course.

Blair graduate Martino Choi was one of two State AP Scholars, a designation given to one male and one female with scores of three or higher on the most AP exams.
