Makes around 18 two inch cookies

Kitchenware:
- a mixing bowl
- microwave

Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
- cup flour
- 1 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- tsp. baking powder

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Melt the 8 oz of semi-sweet baking chocolate in the microwave until melted and smooth

3. Add sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla and stir until well blended

4. Add the flour and baking powder and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips

5. Drop by rounded tablespoon a couple inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets (the cookies won't spread much)

6. Bake cookies for 12 to 14 minutes. Better the cookies be moist than burnt

Here's a tip: The recipie calls for the butter to be melted. This causes the 30% of butter that is actually water to come out into liquid form. The water mixes with the gluten from the flour to make the cookies CHEWY!!!! YAY!! - Just a tip: don't over mix the cookies or they'll end up way harder than you want.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!! I am so going to try these!! :-D

the picture is so nasty.. it makes it look as if it was somethin really disgusting. Have a picture that makes the reader crave for that certain dessert, not one that will make you throw up
