Blair English teacher Pamela Bryant performed a vocal set at the Annual East Coast Jazz Festival held at the Double Tree Hotel in Rockville on Feb. 17. Blair's Jazz Band also played on Friday night. The event lasts through Feb. 20 and is open to the public.
