Blazers qualify for national biology test

Eight Blair students have qualified for the semifinal round of the second annual U.S.A. Biology Olympiad, to be held March 3. The qualification exam consisted of questions regarding a variety of life science topics, with an emphasis on ecology, according to biology teacher Angelique Bosse.

The students who qualified are juniors Vivek Chellappa, Alexa Gabriel, Kendra Elizabeth Leigh, Randolph Li and Willington Lin and seniors Ceryen Tan, Anran Wang and Xinlei Wang.
