Reason for setback uncertain

Blair plan books have arrived after an unexplained delay. The setback pushed the delivery from Friday, August 29th to late Tuesday afternoon.

The ninth grade administration team scrambled to figure out the whereabouts of the missing organizers. Secretary Laura Olsson dealt with the issue and kept open contact with the shipping agency. "They do not know why the shipment did not arrive on Friday, but they are contacting the driver," she said early Tuesday afternoon.

A representative of Pitt Ohio Express Inc., the company that coordinated the transfer, said the package did not arrive for shipping until Friday the 29th and they were thus unable to deliver to Blair on the same day.
