Shoppers admire Artist Karl Unnasch's creation, a massive Christmas Tree made of sleds, tennis rackets, sports balls, bats and other toys titled "Playtime Jubilee". The tree will be up on top of the fountain in Downtown Silver Spring until early January 2014, when it will be disassembled and the toys donated to A Wider Circle, a charity organization that will then give the toys to children in need.”
