Cambios en la escuela nocturna El cambio de hora en que empiezan las clases de la escuela nocturna fue aprobada por la Junta de Educación. Anteriormente las clases empezaban a las 5:55 p.m. hasta las 9:35 p.m. Ahora inician a las 4:30 y terminan a las 8:00 p.m. Esta decisión tomó efecto este semestre y refuerza la iniciative implementada este año para aumentar el rigor académico y de esa manera contratar maestros certificados para enseñar en la escuela nocturna en Blair. Esta iniciativa añade más contenido a los currículos. Además de mejorar el currículo, ahora hay más atención en otras áreas como la pérdida de crédito y en el aumento de seguridad en la escuela.

Un CD gira y con el clic de un botón, el ritmo de la música hispana retumba en las paredes del salón 163. Los pies de los bailarines se sincronizan con el bajo al ritmo de la música. En la salsa, ningún paso es repetitivo; la pista de baile está siempre abierta a la creatividad.
