Giving healthy a new twist
Although not many people enjoy eating spinach, this dish has the power to change minds. Rich with vitamins and minerals, along with other good-for-you ingredients, this plate will make your taste buds tingle. In addition, the fried onions and eggs make the dish much tastier than you ever though it could be.
Preparation time: 20 minutes Serving size: 4
Procedure:
1. Fill up bowl with water
2. Chop up 1 bag of spinach into small pieces on a cutting board and add into the pan with water
3. Once water begins to boil, take the bowl off the gas plate
4. Drain the water from the bowl with spinach, then dry the spinach by patting it dry with a paper towel
5. Heat butter on a skillet until melted
6. Chop onion into little pieces on a chopping board
7. Put the chopped onions into the skillet and fry
8. Once the onions have fried, break the 3 eggs on top of them and mix the substance in the skillet
9. Then add the dried up spinach into the skillet and mix the items
10. Serve!
