This year's spring musical, "Into the Woods," will have a considerably smaller cast than usual, and many students who usually participate in the school plays will not be able to. Although the original cast for "Into the Woods" is very small, director Kelly O'Connor added a few roles to create an ensemble.
Blair productions, such as the traditional fall play, have been post-postponed. The play will take place in February, and the musical will be in May.
The Montgomery Blair Players brought the classic story of love, promises and revolution to life in the student-run production of "Les Misérables." This timeless Victor Hugo novel was transformed into an opera-esque musical by Alain Boublil and Claude-Michel Schonberg, which the Blair Players made their own with stunning vocals, music and set design.
