In their final home game of the season, the Blazers (6-4) beat the Wheaton Knights (1-8) by a solid score of 5-0. Nearly the entire game took place on the Knights' side of the field, while several Blazers stepped up on senior night.

Blair alumnus David Andalman finished shooting scenes for his debut feature film "Milkshake" in Takoma Park and Silver Spring last week. The comedy is based on writer and director Andalman's experiences growing up in the 1990s and attending Blair.

All of the boy's volleyball players had a huge presence in scoring points, and this teamwork led them to a decisive playoff win. In three quick sets, the boy's volleyball team (8-1) advanced to the third round of playoffs, overpowering the Wheaton Knights with final scores of 25-9, 25-8 and 25-8.

The boys' volleyball team (5-1) trailed the Wheaton Knights (3-3) by a score of 3-0 at the start of the first set, foreshadowing a frustrating night for the Blazers. In the end, however, Blair defeated Wheaton by final scores of 25-18, 25-10 and 26-24 and captured its fifth consecutive win.
